Team Collaboration Workspace – Upon login, users get a snapshot view of all the projects they are participating in including summaries of each, based on what they have access to.

Project Details - The command center of a project, the details screen allows project leads and administrators to plot project strategy, control participation access, create and manage status indicators, and other key elements.

Flexible Calendaring - Users can view deliverables and overall project status in a variety of views. Pictured here is the monthly view indicating tasks, milestones, status meetings, and other elements that users can click to for further details of individual events.

Global Access Administration - Project leads and administrators can delegate authority, assign and maintain access privileges, hide or make users visible from other groups, users, or organizations, and grant rights to messaging, discussion threads and other advanced features.

Contomized users list -
For a higher security level, every users may be costumized one by one. Rights given can be: -Create Organization
-Delete Organization -Create Project -Delete Project -Organization Administrator -Private to Organization -Active.

Search -
To find a particular document, you can navigate through the folders by clicking on each folder name to
see its contents and subfolders. You can also show a table of contents for the project with View Table
of Contents. Alternatively, if you know roughly the name of the document, you can use the Search link
at the top right of the page to specify part of the name of the document. This action displays a list of matching
documents. If you are using index cards, you can also search using values in the index card fields.
Click on the relevant document name to view it.
